Stix Catering visits Flemington Fruit & Vegetable Markets twice a week to hand select fresh premium quality produce. Buying direct from the market allows us to source product that is not only fresh but new to the markets.
Stix maintains close relationships with meat and seafood suppliers who understand our uncompromising standards and have proven their ability with service, quality and by supplying to our requested specifications.
